A Nigerian musician and songwriter, Davido revealed to his Twitter followers that he had eclipsed Burna Boy, Wizkid, Rema and other artists to become the most streamed Afrobeat artist worldwide.

In the previously stated post, which has drawn a lot of attention, Davido provided three charts. He was listed as the world’s most streamed Afrobeat musician for 2023 in one of them.

His tracks were featured as the most downloaded songs worldwide in 2023 on the second chart.

At last, Davido’s classic record surpassed all other Afrobeat albums in terms of global stream traffic.

He tweeted the good news to his followers with the hashtag #Hat Trick.*
